ROOM TYPES With Multiple levels there are various choices and environments to choose from. Each floor has its own bar giving you immediate access to the best service and quality that the Mooseheads staff are renowned for. BAR 1: Basement Level, provides a Pub atmosphere its own sound system and big screen for video, dvd, presentations. Ideal for re-unions, Social get togethers, and birthdays this area can cater for and is best suited for groups of 20 to 100 people. Minimum spend $500 (including drinks and food where required) BAR 2: Ground Floor, is normally open to the public all the time, however if you need to book an after party on the fly then this area might be just the place for you. On most nights a DJ or band will be providing the atmosphere and the numerous TV’s and Big Screen will be showing the latest sporting events. This room can cater for up to 150 people in style BAR 3: First Floor, is best suited to the big event. Large parties from 100 to 290 are best catered for in this area. This room contains its own sound system, with full audio and visual capabilities equal to any premium nightclub venue. 2 big screens ensures that you can get on with your presentation without missing the big match. Minimum spend $500 (including drinks and food where required) BAR 4: 2nd Floor, is a great venue for that intimate cocktail styled function. Intimate booths and seated areas make this the place to relax and enjoy your event in style. Best suited for numbers from 40 - 140 people. Minimum spend $500 (including drinks and food where required) Standard dress rules apply to all functions. AVAILABILITY All bars are available for hire unless a prior function is already booked There is a time constraint placed on any function booked on a Thursday Friday or Saturday evening. On these days room availability is limited to 9:00pm at the latest. All bars are then open to the public after this time. Not Available for U18 Functions Minors are allowed into the premises for functions when accompanied and supervised by their parent/s or legal guardian only. iPOD CONNECTION All floors have now been upgraded so that when you have your function, you can listen to your own music with you Ipod. Just let the booking manager know. then bring it in and we will set it up for you.
